Paul is an experienced leadership development consultant, facilitator and executive coach working at Board, Director and Senior Management level within corporate business, medium sized enterprises in both the private and public sector. A former HR Director with experience gained across the FMCG, Food, Engineering and Utilities sectors, Paul works with clients to support them to become more effective, impactful and authentic leaders capable of driving great business performance. He is passionate about growing organisational capability by creating great employee engagement and developing high performance cultures.

Paul gained his HR Director level experience working with blue chip companies such as Babcock International and E.ON UK and has a deep understanding of the challenge’s leaders face. He utilises these insights and knowledge to underpin and inform his coaching and leadership development facilitation; his approach is based on a strong belief in human potential and resourcefulness.
