Sibylle - France

Sibylle is an internationally experienced coach and facilitator, specialising in organisational change and development. She assists organisations in accelerating culture change, improving agility and achieving strategic goals rapidly. 

With over 20 years' experience, Sibylle is a certified clinical and occupational psychologist, and a member of the French Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Therapy. She has worked throughout Europe, as well as in Africa and the Middle East.

With extensive experience in designing and facilitating large and small group workshops at all organisational levels, Sibylle is highly skilled at promoting a shared understanding of vision and values within organisations, and fostering engagement and accountability amongst employees. Her methodology is based on collaborative learning, stimulating out of the box thinking and mental flexibility. She also coaches Board members or executives, especially in a multicultural context, and is skilled in guiding inter-cultural shift during mergers and acquisitions and other periods of significant upheaval.
