Nicky is a motivated Organisational Development (OD) expert with extensive experience of psychotherapeutic application in the workplace and leading OD within all scales of business. Nicky is co-director of The Learning Curve and is closely involved in all large client projects.

Drawing on over 30 years' operational experience within market-leading companies both in the UK and USA, Nicky always aims to make a meaningful and lasting difference to every company and client she works with. Trained in psychotherapy, Nicky brings intuition and in-depth behavioural insight to her work.

With a knack for quickly understanding the organisational health of a business from an OD perspective, Nicky works co-creatively with clients to design effective programmes, getting buy-in and engagement at all levels and harnessing teams to fully implement agreed plans, delivering strong ROI. Nicky has a deep- rooted focus on values which filter down through every aspect of her work.

Nicky is responsible for managing the operational business, strategic design and leading organisational development programmes, leading a team of support staff and delivery teams, client relationship management and sales.
