Jane is an expert communication and organisational change coach with extensive broadcast experience. She has over 20 years' experience in the television industry leading diverse teams, producing and directing documentaries and current affairs programmes. Jane developed a passion for communication which inspired her to become trained in Enhance Conversational Intelligence. She has real world experience of significant organisational change and supports people through the professional and personal challenges of change and transition.
As a corporate and executive coach, Jane has great insight into the pressures within a results-driven and rapidly changing environment and recognises the value of having an impartial third party to talk to in complete confidence about professional and work-related issues.
