Kirsty

Kirsty is TLC’s Research Specialist, responsible for TLC’s research and evaluation services.  She works with clients to measure the impact of TLC’s interventions on individual, team and organisational performance using a range of approaches including telephone and online surveys, focus groups and face to face interviews.

Kirsty joined TLC as Project Co-ordinator for TLC Ltd in 2011, and was promoted to Research Specialist in 2013.  Prior to joining TLC she was Head of Research at Investors in People UK working with clients and stakeholders to evaluate the impact of IIP in public and private organisations.

Kirsty has experience of agency and client side roles and prides herself in delivering reliable and useful research and evaluation to clients and stakeholders.

Whilst at IIPUK Kirsty’s research led to the most significant changes to IIP in its 20 year history including the introduction of IIP Gold, Silver and Bronze levels.  She also overhauled the customer feedback questionnaire which went to 10,000 customers each year, and introduced a more challenging measure of customer satisfaction.
