Trevor - UK

Trevor is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists, the International Coaching Federation and a Fellow of the RSA. He is an experienced internal and external consultant and has gained this experience working with leaders at board and C-Suite level.

Trevor was the HR Director and a member of the leadership team for a mental health non-profit supporting with strategic decisions and leading the restructure into self-organising status.

Trevor has worked in numerous global companies including DST (Thailand, Ireland, Luxembourg, UK), King (Romania, US, Spain, Sweden, Germany), Zego (UK, France), Voi (Sweden), SEON, (Hungary, UK). He is passionate about the future of work and the role of inclusive, progressive, and human-centric cultures in ensuring every person and process can play a role in furthering the mission of the organisation. His book on human-centric organisations due to be published later this year outlines how organisations can find much more efficient ways of working through developing highly empowered and flexible teams . Trevor believes this is especially important in a hybrid or remote setting. It also decrentalises responsibility for engagement ,increases motivation whilst reducing cost -by creating an adult-adult psychological contract.
